What personal data do we process and what are the principles of processing personal data?

Personal data can also be obtained from other public registers (for example, Register of Natural Persons (PMLP), State Social Insurance Agency (VSAA), etc.).

MC Finance processes personal data only to the extent necessary, and the information you provide us is at your discretion. Your data is not stored for longer than necessary in order to process the relevant data.

Why do we process personal data?

We will use your data in order to provide you with the appropriate service you have inquired about, as well as ensure its convenient use. Your personal data that you entrusted us with allows us to serve you, taking into account your needs, and also to provide you with personalised support and consultation.

We also process your personal data in order to develop suitable product offers for you. Providing data is a condition for concluding an agreement and provide you with a service. If you do not want to conclude an agreement with us and receive our service or offer, you have no obligation to provide your data.
