ABOUT MC FINANCE

The company was founded in August 2011 under the name “Money Express Credit” with the aim of providing economically active residents of Latvia with the opportunity to purchase a car.
“MEC” emerged as a response to the events of 2009–2010, when, following the economic crisis, traditional credit institutions significantly restricted lending, and a large part of Latvia’s residents faced difficulties in obtaining credit.

Over time, our business developed, and new products appeared, including mortgage lending.
In 2018, when Latvia entered the second century of its statehood, the company decided to modernize both its operations and its name, becoming AS MC Finance.
